PANDEMIC is community-based outreach led by community health workers meeting you where you are. Outreach may be at churches, hair salons, health fairs, grocery stores, YMCAs or neighborhood centers, delivering culturally and linguistically diverse health messages in plain language about COVID-19 in areas of high vaccine hesitancy, bringing vaccines to people where they are.
